FAQ :
Q: What is your payment terms:
A: We can accept T/T, LC At Sight.
Q: How Long Delivery time :
A: Our Generator Set Normal 1 month Delivery time. For some imported engines such as UK/USA Perkins need to recheck while confirm the order.
Q: How often does a diesel generator require maintenance?
A:Maintenance frequency depends on usage (standby vs. prime power). For standby units, we recommend a basic inspection monthly and a full load test every 6-12 months. For continuous-use units, follow engine manufacturer guidelines, typically including oil/filter changes every 250-500 hours. Regular maintenance is crucial to ensure reliability, long life, and compliance with warranty terms.
Q: What warranty do you offer, and is global technical support available?
A: We provide a standard 12-24 month warranty from shipment date, covering major defects in materials and workmanship. Extended warranties are available. Our technical support team is accessible via email and phone, and we partner with service agents in key regions to assist with troubleshooting, parts supply, and on-site repairs worldwide.
Diesel Generator Application:
1. Primary Power Source
Remote & Off-Grid Locations: Mining camps, oil/gas fields, rural telecommunications towers, agricultural operations.
Emerging Markets & Islands: Where grid infrastructure is unreliable or nonexistent.
Continuous Industrial Processes: Manufacturing plants requiring uninterrupted power for production lines.
2. Emergency / Standby Power
Critical Facilities: Hospitals, data centers, airports, command centers.
Commercial Buildings: Office towers, shopping malls, hotels (to maintain safety systems, lighting, and elevators during outages).
Infrastructure: Water treatment plants, pumping stations, subway systems.
