ZTA POWER strictly follows standardized assembly procedures for each large power genset:

1. Base frame fabrication: Cutting, bending, welding and anti-rust painting for steel base frame.

2. Engine & alternator mounting: Install engine and alternator on base with anti-vibration dampers, align coupling precisely.

3. Auxiliary system assembly: Fit fuel system, cooling radiator, exhaust pipe, air filter and battery pack.

4. Control cabinet wiring: Install controller, protection modules, sensor cables and output terminals.

5. Pre-commissioning inspection: Check all pipeline connections, wire circuits and fluid leakage.

6. Full load testing: Run the genset under 100% simulated load for performance verification, record voltage, frequency, fuel consumption and temperature data.
